You may return any Product purchased from our Website for a refund or exchange within 60 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, provided that the Product is in its original condition (with complete packaging, tags, and accessories, no scratches, stains, or damage caused by human use) and meets the return conditions specified in our Refund Policy. Customized products or personalized engraved products are excluded from this return policy unless there are quality defects unrelated to the customized requirements.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account. 5. Product Information and Warranty
